RETURN & REFUND POLICY — MICCH FASHION

At Micch, we design with intention and encourage thoughtful purchases. Below is a clear and transparent outline of how returns are handled.

Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

How Returns Work

Submit your return request through your Micch account by selecting the relevant order and item(s). If you cannot access your account, contact us at hello@micchfashion.com

Once approved, items must be shipped back within 7 days of approval. Returns sent outside this process or timeframe may be refused.

Return Shipping

For returns due to change of mind, sizing, or style preference, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If a return label is provided by Micch, the shipping cost will be deducted from the issued store credit.

Eligibility

Returned items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition
- With all original tags attached
- Returned in original packaging

Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage, or missing components may be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final Sale / Clearance styles
- Lingerie, tights, and socks
- Earrings and select accessories
- Swimwear and bodysuits without hygiene liners attached
- Matching sets returned incomplete

Orders paid entirely with store credit are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return.

Store Credit

Approved returns (for change of mind, sizing, or style) are issued as store credit, valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Store credit is:
- Non-transferable
- Not redeemable for cash
- Cannot be withdrawn or refunded

Faulty Items

If an item arrives faulty or damaged, submit a return request within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos showing the issue.

Once approved:
- A refund to the original payment method will be issued in full
- Return shipping costs for faulty items are covered by Micch

Important: Refunds to the original payment method are issued only for approved faulty items. All other approved returns are processed as store credit.

Unavailable Items / Inventory Limitations

In rare cases, an item may become unavailable after an order is placed due to inventory limitations. If this occurs, the order will be canceled and the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit at the customer's preference.

Final Notes

- Exchanges are not available at this time
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Duties and taxes are non-refundable
- Items returned in error that are not from Micch cannot be recovered

Micch reserves the right to make the final decision on all return and refund requests.
