1. Where do you ship from? All orders are fulfilled through our international logistics network. Processing time is 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

2. How long does shipping take? Shipping times vary by destination and the method selected at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: approximately 4–16 business days
  • Express Shipping: approximately 3–12 business days

Estimated delivery = Processing time (1–3 business days) + Shipping time.

3. Are duties and taxes included? Yes. All duties, taxes, and import fees are included in your final checkout total. No additional charges will be due upon delivery.

4. How do I track my order? You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear depending on the carrier.

5. Do you accept returns? Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Approved returns are issued as store credit, valid for 12 months. Faulty items are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method. Final Sale items are not eligible for returns. For full details, please read our Returns Policy.

6. How do I start a return? Log in to your Micch account, select the relevant order and item, and submit a return request directly from your account page. If you cannot access your account, email hello@micchfashion.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days.

7. Which payment methods do you accept? We accept major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Weell digital gift cards. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

8. What currency will I be charged in? You will be automatically charged in your local currency at checkout — no conversion steps or additional fees.
